Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to optimize financial processes
- Maintain and reconcile complex balance sheets and general ledgers
- Implement and improve accounting systems and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
