Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Reconcile AP statements and maintain accurate records in the ledger.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with month-end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
