Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare detailed variance reports and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership decision support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
