Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Series 7 & 66/65 licenses (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- 3+ years in financial services or client-facing sales role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong ethical standards and fiduciary mindset
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for El Paso market
