Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) for data entry and reporting.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (will train the right candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Willingness to learn new financial software quickly.
