Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 15+ clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets)
- Maintain QuickBooks databases with real-time updates
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement cost-saving financial strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Payroll processing certification (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines independently
