Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with strict attention to detail
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24-hour window
- Oversee night shift reporting and ensure data integrity for next-day operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in night shift environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
