Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts, ledgers, and transactions
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Collaborate with auditors and external financial partners
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
