Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll bi-weekly using ADP system
- Reconcile bank statements monthly (QuickBooks Desktop Pro)
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Handle sales tax filings and compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Collaborate with CPA for annual audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop/Mac
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Attention to detail with error-spotting ability
