Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process payroll and VAT submissions accurately and on time
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
- ATT or ACCA part-qualified or equivalent
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
