Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll bi-weekly using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure audit compliance
- Collaborate with tax preparers for quarterly filings
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Certification (CPA, CB) preferred but not required
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
