Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) using consultative approach
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA/AML, Reg E)
- Balance cash drawer end-of-day with reconciliation reporting
- Train on new banking technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Federal banking compliance certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
