Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments accurately
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly
- Prepare monthly AP reports and expense analyses
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Saturday)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
