Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment reconciliations
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain vendor communication
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and reporting
- Conduct month-end closing activities and assist with audits
- Optimize AP workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
