Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll processing, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements, tax documents, and compliance reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks/ERP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience with financial reporting and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
