Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial reporting and reconciliations for weekend shift operations
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Coordinate with auditors during weekend engagements and compliance reviews
- Oversee weekend payroll processing and expense management
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation for weekend operations
- Implement internal controls for weekend financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and weekend shift compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
- Experience with multi-state tax regulations and weekend shift documentation
- Proven track record of meeting tight weekend deadlines
