Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and reconciliations for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations while implementing internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting systems
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to improve financial accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives with quantitative analysis
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with monthly closing responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
