- Lead financial reporting and analysis for multi-state operations
- Optimize accounting systems and implement process automation
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance documentation
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional team collaboration
- Develop strategic financial models for growth initiatives
- Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls optimization
Qualifications
- CPA certification or active pursuit (required)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or ERP platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization proficiency
- Experience with multi-state tax regulations
- Proven ability to lead process improvement projects
