Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations (CA state compliance)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
