Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with strict SOX compliance
- Prepare month-end close reports and variance analyses
- Oversee bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and audit documentation
- Maintain QuickBooks Online with custom reporting dashboards
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 3+ years experience
- Active CPA license or CPA candidate
- Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Proven success with multi-state tax filings
- Excel mastery (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
