Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll administration
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews and tax filings
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
