Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts, variance analysis, and annual financial audits.
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax documents while ensuring strict compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting initiatives.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
