Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filings.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget preparation and forecasting.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
