Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Monitor budget performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
