Responsibilities
- Manage Financial Records: Oversee daily general ledger operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP and internal company policies.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain fiscal integrity.
- Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tax documents and support external audits.
- Budgeting: Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or a related role.
- Software: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
