Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Process payroll with same-day pay options for eligible employees
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in public or corporate accounting
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
- Strong knowledge of California tax regulations
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with daily pay processing
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
