Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and corporate federal and state income tax returns.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex tax matters and resolve inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Ensure all filing deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional tax experience (CPA candidates and recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in tax preparation software such as Lacerte, ProSeries, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
