Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and compliance reviews for diverse client portfolios
- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop tax-saving strategies
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication
- Utilize tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem fx) for efficient processing
- Stay updated on evolving tax regulations and state-specific requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA or EA candidates preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Active Colorado CPA license or pursuing certification
