- Conduct tax research and provide compliance guidance to clients
- Utilize tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for efficient processing
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex tax strategies
- Perform IRS audit support and documentation reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and confidential data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of tax preparation experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
