Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns in compliance with IRS regulations
- Conduct tax research and planning strategies to optimize client outcomes
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Utilize tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem fx) for accurate return preparation
- Collaborate with senior associates on complex tax matters and audits
- Stay updated on tax law changes and implement best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience (public accounting background highly valued)
