Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies and financial documentation
- Utilize tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries) for efficient processing
- Communicate tax outcomes clearly to clients through written reports
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex tax cases
- Stay updated on tax law changes through continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
