Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with nightly accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within tight deadlines
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement and optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online
- Support month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven night shift work history (mandatory)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
