Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns using ProSeries and Lacerte software
- Conduct tax research and provide compliance guidance to clients
- Assist in IRS audit support and correspondence resolution
- Collaborate with senior associates on complex tax planning strategies
- Maintain accurate client documentation and case files
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments

- Valid Louisiana driver's license (client travel required)
