- Prepare accurate individual and business tax returns using ProSeries and Lacerte software
- Conduct client consultations to gather financial documentation and understand tax needs
- Stay current on tax law changes through ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex tax strategies
- Maintain strict compliance with IRS regulations and internal quality standards
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn complex tax software quickly
