Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure proper documentation.
- Enter data into accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) and reconcile statements.
- Resolve vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment status promptly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment batches for processing.
- Assist in month-end close procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Ability to work effectively during the weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
