Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual and business tax returns using industry software
- Assist clients with tax documentation organization and IRS correspondence
- Conduct basic tax research to resolve client inquiries
- Support senior associates with audit preparation and compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to develop tax expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
