- Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities legally.

- Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax inquiries, documentation requests, and audit findings.
- Collaborate with senior tax staff to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to firm standards.
- Utilize tax software (e.g., Drake, Lacerte) efficiently to process complex data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in tax preparation or a related financial role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and tax preparation software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
