Responsibilities
- Assist in month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Support accounts payable/receivable workflows and transaction processing
- Conduct variance analysis and assist with budget preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
