Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns in compliance with IRS regulations
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning advice to diverse clientele
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication and accurate documentation
- Utilize ProSystem fx, Lacerte, and other industry-leading tax software platforms
- Collaborate with audit and consulting teams for integrated financial solutions
- Stay current with tax law changes through continuous professional development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience with individual and business returns
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte, or comparable)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexible availability to accommodate client deadlines and peak seasons
- Texas CPA license or eligibility to obtain within 6 months
