- Advise clients on tax planning strategies and compliance
- Conduct tax research using proprietary digital resources
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases
- Utilize company-provided hardware (laptops, monitors) for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years tax preparation experience
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
- Proficiency with tax software (we provide full training)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
