- Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns using provided advanced tax software
- Conduct tax research and compliance analysis utilizing firm-provided digital tools
- Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with senior associates using secure cloud-based document management systems
- Ensure adherence to IRS guidelines and state tax regulations
- Maintain accurate client records via provided CRM platforms
- Participate in continuous training for emerging tax technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience with Big 4 or mid-size firm
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Proficiency in tax software (provided) including Lacerte or ProSeries
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
