Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance
- Conduct tax research and provide authoritative guidance on complex tax issues
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve tax-related discrepancies
- Manage client relationships and communicate tax strategies effectively

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, Lacerte, UltraTax)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Active CPA license or commitment to obtain within 12 months
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance a plus
