Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current regulations and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication and tax planning consultations
- Perform audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with senior staff on complex tax cases and special projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of tax preparation experience

- Deep understanding of IRS regulations and Texas tax codes
