Responsibilities

- Utilize firm-provided tax software and equipment for accurate filing and compliance
- Conduct tax research and analyze complex financial documents
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and address inquiries
- Assist in tax planning strategies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior associates on client deliverables and quality control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 1-3 years of tax preparation or accounting experience
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
