Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with Paris Agreement targets
- Lead R&D for next-gen renewable energy and waste reduction systems
- Manage ESG reporting frameworks using AI-driven analytics platforms
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech startups and research institutions
- Oversee implementation of carbon-neutral supply chain solutions
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability innovation challenges
- Analyze emerging climate tech trends and recommend strategic investments
- Present impact metrics to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate sustainability or ESG management
- Proven track record launching circular economy initiatives
- Advanced certification in carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) or similar
- Expertise in AI/ML applications for environmental impact modeling
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong knowledge of emerging climate technologies (CCUS, green hydrogen)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
