- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability innovation strategy aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale eco-innovation projects
- Identify emerging green technologies and market opportunities for disruptive solutions
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Establish partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Report on ESG impact metrics and innovation pipeline progress to C-suite
- Drive company-wide adoption of circular economy principles across value chains
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 3+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching commercialized eco-products or services
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or MBA with sustainability focus
- Expertise in carbon accounting, LCA methodologies, and circular economy frameworks
- Strong network within climate tech and sustainability investment communities
- Proficiency in innovation management tools (e.g., Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
- Certification in ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB) preferred
- Experience managing remote global teams and cross-cultural projects
