Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex data into executive-level narratives and decision frameworks
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic tools (SWOT, PESTEL, horizon scanning) and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic initiatives launched with measurable ROI
