Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend extrapolation
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI impact assessments
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs and Stanford d.school on emerging research
- Present strategic blueprints at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or equivalent) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented 5-year innovation strategies
- Expertise in STEEP analysis and Delphi methodology
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
