- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative assessments
- Drive ESG and sustainability integration into corporate strategy
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record leading transformational initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, AI governance, and geopolitical shifts
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
