Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union reporting
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns (Form 941, state unemployment)
- Support year-end processes including W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Strong understanding of FLSA and state labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume periods
